Who is responsible for your data?

What data is collected?

Only the data you send yourself:

• Contact form: name, email address and message.
• “I want it!” pre-order form: piece name, name, email address and message.

The site never asks for online payment and collects no banking data.

What is it used for?

It is used only to answer your request (contact, pre-order, bespoke project) and follow it up. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.

Who has access to it?

Your messages reach me by email. The following technical services take part in processing them:

• Infomaniak (Switzerland), the site’s host;
• Akismet (Automattic), which filters form spam;
• Jetpack (Automattic), which runs the contact form and anonymized visit statistics;
• Apple iCloud, the email service used to receive your messages.

How long is it kept?

As long as needed to handle your request, then at most 3 years after our last exchange.

Cookies and local storage

The site uses no advertising cookies. Your choice of light or dark mode is remembered in your browser (local storage): this information never leaves your device.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, erase or port your data, or object to its processing. Write to me through the Contact page. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
